L’analyse quantifiée de l’EEG chez les enfants TDAH
Résumé : Le trouble déficitaire de l’attention avec hyperactivité (TDAH) est un trouble neurologique qui affecte entre 3 et 5% des enfants d’âge scolaire. Cette étude propose une évaluation par électroencéphalographie (EEG) de jeunes sujets TDAH à l’éveil et durant leur sommeil. L’objectif premier de ma thèse est de vérifier si les mécanismes de récupération associés au sommeil, tel que reflétés par les contrastes soir-matin de l’EEG, sont affectés dans le TDAH. Le deuxième objectif est d’évaluer si des anomalies dans l’EEG du sommeil paradoxal (SP), un état d’activation EEG comparable à l’éveil mais sans apport des inputs sensoriels de l’éveil, sont présentes dans le TDAH.
