An anniversary and a new website for the CSHS

March 24, 2011

For the past five years, researcher Dr Sonia Lupien and her team at the Centre for Studies of Human Stress (CSHS) of the Louis-H. Lafontaine Hospital have been piercing the mysteries of this scourge of the century.

Their objective: to allow everyone to understand, prevent and manage their stress. In order to do so, an improved website and video clips (only in  French) of experts answering questions on mental health have recently been posted online.

Five years of stress to celebrate!

Last March 23, the CSHS team invited collaborators and friends to a celebratory cocktail to mark five years of research, success and love of stress.

Over the course of these years, apart from numerous research projects, the Centre has put in place various tools promoting the awareness of stress and its impacts: the brand new website, the Mammoth Magazine, public education programs such as My Amazing Brain and DeStress for Success, as well as many conferences presented in Quebec and throughout the world.

Congratulations to the entire CSHS team for these five years!
