Are Worry and Anxiety Getting the Better of You?

The Centre de recherche Fernand-Seguin at Hôpital Louis-H. Lafontaine is currently looking for individuals who suffer from pronounced or excessive anxiety, panic attacks and a fear of being in public places to take part in a major research study.
The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an innovative short-term treatment designed for individuals struggling with both generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and panic disorder with agoraphobia (PDA).
Eligible individuals will receive an in-depth evaluation and personalized psychological treatment at no cost.
