Exams stress your teens ?

...from childhood to adulthood, filled with increasing responsibilities, expectations, and a myriad of pressure. With this in mind, the Centre for Studies on Human Stress has created the DeStress for Success program - a unique program that aims to educate young adolescents about the effects that stress has on learning and mental health, and to train them on ways to recognize, manage and cope with stress.

To test the efficacy of the DeStress for Success program, a research study is underway, where over one thousand adolescents are currently being studied in the Montreal area. The adolescents participate in 5 interactive workshops, given by members of the Centre for Studies on Human Stress. Each workshop has been individually and creatively designed to offer teenagers fundamental information and tools to recognize and manage stress.
