Taming Your Stress!

Every Sunday this Summer, Sonia Lupien, director of the Fernand-Sequin Research Center and the Centre for Studies on Human Stress of the Louis-H. Lafontaine Hospital will join the team of the radio program "Du côté de chez Catherine" presented on Radio-Canada.

Tune in every Sunday morning from June 26 to August 21 from 7am-11am on 95.1 FM.
