Retention of nurses, orientation program for new nurses, organization of care and work, program evaluation, knowledge transfer among managers and participatory action research. She is conducting research on participatory intervention to improve organization of care and work for the personel, patients and the organization.
Collaboration started on program evaluation MUHC and HLHL then supported by CIHR research grant
